Rental Guide
Welcome to a seamless towing experience - you've wisely chosen to reserve through our website, unlocking expedited hitch-up with our no-fuss, self-serve trailer inspection. In this guide instructions are provided for hooking up the car hauler and utility trailer, as well as winch operations for each winch that is mounted on the trailer. Videos for each trailer are also provided, so please be sure to watch if visuals help. Please be sure to always reach-out if there are any questions.
TR-01 - Car Hauler 8.5x20'

🔑 Key Access:
- Access the hitch coupler, toolbox, slide out ramp pins, and your freedom with the provided keys.
-For the ramp pins, please keep in mind that the key hole is on the wider side of the black handle. Slide to door open on the handle and you will find the key hole.
🧰 Toolbox Treasures:
Voyage-ready gear at your service:
- (4) 3,300lb ratchet straps
- (4) 10,000lb axle straps
- 12,000lb winch boasting synthetic rope and handy remote
- An 8ton bottle jack
- Universal 4-way lug wrench
- Jumper cables incase winch battery goes low (instructions in jumper cable bag)
- 2-5/16” ball hitch.
🪓 Winch Wisdom:
- The winch guide is located behind the battery in the toolbox
- For using the remote; connect the remote by lining up the white marks on the plug male end and the female outlet on the right hand side of the winch. Access by opening the rubber cap. DO NOT TURN ON "WIRELESS MODE"
- Set the winch to FREE SPOOL, and pull the rope out the the desired distance.
- Re-engage the clutch leftward, and press in "IN" on the remote.
- Low on power? The provided energizer cables are there for additional power. Please ensure the tow vehicle is running while in use.
-Please be sure to use the winch for 45 second or less and breaking for about 1 minute to prevent overload on the battery.
🔄 Drop-off Decoded:
- Inspect, inform AZ Trailer Rentals of damage.
- Restock the toolbox and ensure wheel chalks are in place.
- Restore the trailer to its original state. Ensure the ramps, hitch coupler ball, tong pin, and toolbox are locked.
- Return the keys to the lock box with the same code that was provided to access the lockbox. The keys and tag tags need to be pressed as flat as possible to the back of the lockbox. Both hands will be needed. Once you see a green ring and hear a click, the box is locked.
- Capture the drop-off in photos and send to AZ Trailer Rentals.

TR-02 - Utility Trailer 7x14'

🔑 Key Access:
- Access the hitch coupler ball lock, coupler tong lock pin, toolbox, and slide out ramp locks with the provided keys.
🧰 Toolbox Treasures:
Voyage-ready gear at your service:
- (4) 100lb ratchet straps
- 5,500lb winch boasting synthetic rope and remote
- A 4ton bottle jack
- Universal 4-way lug wrench
- Gloves
-Air compressor upon request with additional charge.
🪓 Winch Wisdom:
- The winch guide is located behind the battery in the toolbox
- For using the remote; find the remote in the tool box and find the female port on top of the battery. Connect the remote by lining up the white marks on the plug male end and the female outlet on the right hand side of the winch.
- Set the winch to FREE SPOOL by turning the dial to face the back of the trailer, and pull the rope out the the desired distance.
- Re-engage the clutch by rotating the dial facing the sky, and press in "IN" on the remote.
-Please be sure to use the winch for 45 second or less and breaking for about 1 minute to prevent overload on the battery.
